Downtown Paterson Special Improvement District

Since 1997, the Downtown Paterson Special Improvement District, Inc. has been working to enhance the quality of life in the Downtown Paterson retail district. We aim to provide workers, residents and visitors with a clean, safe and dynamic neighborhood.

Bunker Hill Special Improvement District

The Bunker Hill Industrial Park section of Paterson was designated a SID in 1994.  This SID permits property owners and businesses to organize and assess themselves in order to organize and ensure that the SID runs according to law and is managed properly.  The Bunker Hill District Management Corporation is responsible for all decisions relating to assessments, budgets, and management of all specialized services in this area.  The Bunker Hill SID has also been involved in maintaining security patrol, beautification, signage, and many other amenities.
